NMAT 2015 application process

NMAT by GMAC 2015 Application Process has begun! Candidates can register for the exam till October 5, 2015. NMAT 2015 will be held over 75-day test window from Tuesday, October 6 to Saturday, December 19, 2015.

This year, candidate can register for the NMAT by GMAC exam through mobile phones. Candidates schedule the test according to their convenience based on the availability of seats at each test centre. One can choose from any 27 test centres located throughout 18 cities.

There’s no new change in has been introduced in NMAT. Candidates have to attempt three sections in two hours– Language Skills, Quantitative Skills and Logical Reasoning.

One can select up to seven programmes are included in the registration fee. An additional fee of Rs 200 + applicable taxes will be applied for each programme added in excess of seven programmes.

For rescheduling NMAT exam, candidates need to pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) only.

 

Registration Process

Here’s a step-by-step guide to register for NMAT by GMAC 2015:

  • Candidates need to click on “Register Now” icon on the official website home page and follow the registration details.
  • Following registration, an authentication email will be sent on the email. Candidates need to validate their email ID and then complete the online application form related to personal, educational and work experience.
  • Thereafter candidates need to choose the schools and MBA colleges to send the NMAT 2015 scores under the "Programme Details" section. One can select up to seven programmes are included in the registration fee. Post seven programmes, applicants need to pay an additional fee of Rs 200 + applicable taxes for each programme
  • After successful registration, candidates will receive their unique NMAT Registration Number. Thereafter, one needs to pay the applicable exam fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking and Demand Draft.
    Candidates need to issue Demand Drafts in favor of Graduate Management Global Connection (India) Private Limited payable at Gurgaon and send it to : GMACc/o GreenClouds6708, DLF Phase IV,Gurgaon - 122 002 Haryana, India Phone: 092130 27791/ 92
  • After successful registration, candidates will receive an email with unique NMAT Registration Number. This number for all future correspondence with GMAC.
  • Candidates will then receive their username and password to logon to www.pearsonvue.com/nmatbygmac and schedule NMAT 2015 test on a preferred date and location subject to availability.

  

 

Test Takers with Disabilities

This year, NMAT has made special provision for test takers with disabilities. If requested, NMAT will help with necessary accommodation at test centre.

“Test takers who wish to request for special assistance must fill the details in the online application while registering. The test takers must scan their Disability Certificate and upload to the registration application in order to be approved for necessary accommodation. Each application will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis. Pearson VUE will contact the candidate to schedule his/her test at their preferred test centre, date and time with the approved accommodation and will ensure proper assistance is provided to them,” said GMAC.
