Park Global School of Business Excellence (PARK) has entered into a strategic association with Shiv Khera Institute of Leadership and Management (SKILM), a brainchild of Mr. Shiv Khera, to offer its students the leadership programme from the latter Institute. Under this arrangement, SKILM will offer its flagship leadership programme under the aegis of SHIV KHERA CENTRE FOR LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE to the management students of PARK, pursuing either the PGDM or EPGDM course.

Objective: To Prepare Graduates to succeed in the Business / Corporate World

Mission: To Create Leaders who can manage, not Managers who cannot lead - Shiv Khera

Mr. Shiv Khera, founder of Qualified Learning Systems USA, author of 14 books including International Bestseller YOU CAN WIN, has been conducting the leadership programs for over three decades in over 20 countries.

Basis the NASSCOM study, which says that 90% of graduates are unemployable, there is a dilemma that graduates carrying degree / qualification, when they do not get a job, are disappointed, whereas, the employers are not able to find good people to hire. To bridge the gap, Mr. Shiv Khera decided to come up with a unique leadership program with the belief that if we prepare our students well, we will not have to repair them later in the corporate world. His contention is that one needs more than professional qualifications to become a professional.

Ms. Anusha, CEO of the PARK Group of Institutions, too feels there is a need to prepare the students to not only become managers but great leaders which positions them uniquely with corporate.

“We create leaders for tomorrow at PARK”, says Ms. Anusha.

Considering Ms. Anusha’s desire to build future leaders in India, Mr. Shiv Khera decided to go along with PARK.
