SNAP 2015: Application Procedure

SNAP 2015 registration will begin from August 24, 2015. The exam is scheduled to take place on December 20, 2015 from 2 pm to 4 pm. Candidates interested to take the exam can register for it latest by November 24, 2015. Take a look at all important dates of SNAP 2015.

SNAP is conducted every year for admissions to management programmes offered by various colleges/ institutes under Symbiosis International University (SIU). Applicants can choose to apply for more than one programme in more than one institute in a single application form. The registration for the exam can be done online at the official website of the exam.

Interested candidates can know ‘how to register’ for the exam from the following steps:

1. Register online at the official website of the exam by entering your details which includes email id, name, city and valid mobile number and click on the submit button.

2. After that you will see written on your screen ‘click here to register’. Press the tab to continue your registration process.

3. In the next step, you will be directed to the terms and conditions and guidelines to fill the form. Read the instructions carefully and then click on ‘I agree’.

4. You will see an application form where you need to fill the required details carefully. Select the institutes you are interested for admissions. However, candidates are informed that it is mandatory for an applicant to apply for institutes individually as well. Selecting them here will not make you an applicant for that institute.

5. Upload a recent passport size photograph.

6. Create a password and save for future references.

7. Pay your application fee by clicking on ‘make payment’. The SNAP 2015 test fee is Rs 1500 (subject to change). The test fee can be paid till November 27, 2015. The payment of the fee can be done in following modes:

Online payment through Credit Card / Net Banking

A Master or Visa card can be used to pay the fee or it can be transferred to Symbiosis Test Secretariat account by using Net Banking option.

Payment through cash

The payment of test fee can be done in cash at registered branches of Axis bank or Indian Bank in your city through challan. The challan needs to be downloaded from the website after registration. Candidates must keep one copy of the stamped payment receipt with them safe and sign the stamped ‘Symbiosis copy’ and send the same to: Symbiosis International University, Symbiosis Test Secretariat, Gram: Lavale, Tal Mulshi, Dist: Pune – 412115.

Payment through Demand Draft

Applicants can obtain a DD from any nationalized bank for Rs 1500 in favour of ‘Symbiosis Test Secretariat’ payable at Pune. After this, fill in the payment details in the DD payment option on the website. Take the print out of ‘Payment Advice’ shown at the website and send it along with the DD: Symbiosis International University, Symbiosis Test Secretariat, Gram: Lavale, Tal Mulshi, Dist: Pune – 412115.
