Human Resource Management & Labour Relations, also known as HRM & LR programme is designed to prepare candidates for professional competence and the challenges of the corporate world. The programme focuses on the critical of human resource management and understanding the key functions of management. The programme focuses on both theoretical and practical learning.   

Master of Arts (Organisation Development, Change and Leadership) 

This programme is designed to make candidates dynamic with the environment. It prepares professionals who can create resilient organisation and respond to changing markets, economies and technology. The focus of the programme is on developing skills and knowledge in organisation development, leadership and change. 

Master of Arts (Social Entrepreneurship) 

The objective of the MASE programme is to develop candidates as entrepreneurs with a focus on a social causes. The programme covers an overview of polity, economics and sociology.

How to get admission to TISSNET courses? 

Candidates seeking admission to MBA programme of TISS must appear for the TISSNET exam which is conducted once a year. Candidates must fill the application form of TISSNET online and appear for the TISSNET exam which will be held between January 28 to February 28. The exam is conducted in offline mode. Candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of the score in TISSNET will have to appear for the assessment rounds whioch consists of extempore and personal interview.

Ans. Courses offered on the basis of Tata Institute of Social Sciences National Entrance Test (TISSNET) are known as TISSNET courses.
