TS ICET 2024 Special Phase Certificate Verification: Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) will facilitate the TS ICET special phase certificate verification on October 1. The list of TS ICET helpline centres is released along with the certificate verification schedule at tgicet.nic.in. Candidates have to appear at the helpline centres along with the required documents for certificate verification. Candidates participating in the TS ICET final phase counselling have to pay the processing fee followed by TS ICET slot booking for certificate verification 2024. Those who got their certificates verified in the first phase counselling are exempted from this step. Such candidates can directly participate in the final phase TSICET web options entry to be facilitated from October 1 to 2.

Q:   What is the time for TSICET exam?

A:
Telangana ICET exam is conducted in four shifts divided across two days. Two shifts on each exam day of the TSICET 2023 are conducted as the Forenoon shift and Afternoon shift. The Forenoon shift of TSICET 2023 exam will be conducted from 10:00 A. M. to 12:30 P. M. While the Afternoon shift of TSICET 2023 exam will be conducted from 2:30 P. M. to 5:00 P. M. Both exam days for TSICET 2023, I. e. May 26 and 27, will have Forenoon and Afternoon shifts. Kakatiya University will allot the TSICET exam date based on the choice of preferred exam city and course while filling the TSICET application form. The complete address of TSICET exam centre along with the exam date and shift will be mentioned in the hall ticket.

Q:   When will Kakatiya University conduct TSICET exam?

TS ICET 2024 will be conducted on June 4 and 5 across 20 regional cities in Telangana. The TS ICET 2024 exam date has been in line with the past year's timeline. TS ICET 2023 exam was conducted on May 26 and 27. In the session of TSICET 2022, TSCHE conducted the exam on July 27 and 28. Whereas, in 2021, Kakatiya University conducted the TSICET exam on August 19 and 20.

TS ICET exam in the last week of May and first week of June is in line with the pre-covid timeline.

Q:   What are the items that can be carried inside the TSICET exam centre?

A:
Candidates are not allowed to carry anything inside the TSICET exam centre, but only a few items required during the test. Officials at tha TSICET exam centre will deny entry to the centre until any such prohibited material is found during the frisking process. Q:   What happens if my computer system faces a technical glitch while taking the computer-based test at TSICET exam centre?

A:
In case of any technical issues with the computer system, candidates must report the issue to the invigilator immediately. Computer systems in an online exam are connected to a server. Whenever the system hands or shuts down, the timer of the online test will stop and will resume when the candidate accesses the login dashboard again. Candidates will be allotted another system to take the TSICET computer-based test. The test will commence from the time where it got stuck. Therefore, candidates will not lose time in case of a technical issue in the system at the test centre. However, there is very less chance of any fault or issue in the system at TSICET exam centre as the systems go through quality checks before the commencement of the exam.

Q:   What are the prohibited items inside the TSICET exam centre?

A:
Candidates must not carry any of the prohibited items to the exam centre. In case the candidates are found with any of the prohibited items they will get disqualified from the examination process. Some of the prohibited items inside the exam centre include the following: - Electronic gadgets such as smartphones, smartwatches, calculators, pager, Bluetooth device, etc. - Printed material, notes, etc. - Carry bags, purses, wallets etc. - Eatables.

3rd Step: Enter the login credentials, including the TSICET hall ticket number, TSICET registration number, and date of birth.

4th Step: Complete the captcha verification followed by clicking the button reading ‘View Available Slots’

5th Step: Book the desired slot and print the slot booking receipt.

NOTE: Candidates can only appear at the selected helpline centre on the booked slot.

What After TS ICET Certificate Verification 2024?

After document verification at the helpline centres, the Chief Verification Officer will issue a Receipt of Certificates (ROC). Candidate must check the details mentioned on the ROC, and seek rectification in case of any errors. Candidates will receive a login ID immediately after the certificate verification is complete. Candidates can access the option entry window using the login ID and choose course-college preferences.
