Get, Set, Go for DUSET 2012
DUSET or Delhi University Super Speciality Entrance Test 2012 will be conducted by the Delhi University from June 2-3, 2012 in Delhi. Students who clear this entrance will be eligible for admission to the DM and M.Ch. programmes. The programmes offered through this test are listed below along with their test schedules:

Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must have passed MBBS finals with one year compulsory rotating internship.
- The candidate must have full registration with the Delhi Medical Council / State Medical Council / Medical Council of India.
- The candidate must have passed the Post-Graduate ( MD / MS ) examination (as per details mentioned below) of the University of Delhi or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by the University of Delhi and Medical Council of India, on or before Thursday, May 31, 2012:
For DM courses in Cardiology, Neurology, Medical Gastroenterology & Pulmonary Medicine: The qualifying exams are MD Medicine / MD Paediatrics MD Pulmonary Medicine / DNB Medicine / DNB
For M.Ch. Courses in Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Gastro-enterology, Paediatrics Surgery & Neuro-Surgery : The qualifying exams are MS Surgery DNB Surgery*
- For becoming eligible for admission, the candidate must obtain 400 marks out of 800, i.e. 50% marks in the SET. Only the result of those who secure 50% marks or above will be declared.
Exam Pattern
This entrance test is an objective type test comprising of three parts. The first paper is common for all. It consists of 80 questions where each question carries 4 marks and a time of one hour and twenty minutes is allotted. The second paper is for DM candidates while the third paper is for M.Ch candidates. The second paper and third paper both are of 2 hours duration. Both of these contain 120 questions and each question carries four marks. For each incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted.Those who will pass the written test will be eligible for obtaining admission into the Super Specialty courses offered by Delhi University.
Result:
All the candidates will be notified of the result on the official website or the fmsc website by 2nd /3rd Week of June, 2012.
