Tip#3: Keep everything together

You may be referring to a number of NEET books for preparation, but keep only one notebook for all the notes related to a single chapter. Try to make notes on loose sheets and put the respective sheets together in a file. This will help you revise quickly a few days before the examination.

Tip#4: Highlight using different colours

While making notes for a chapter of NEET, we come across statements of varying importance. Like, you may feel that the names of the scientists who discovered something may come as a direct question. You may thus highlight all the names in red. The concepts, on the other hand, may be highlighted in yellow or any colour that catches your attention.

Tip#5: Sticky notes on the textbook

NEET preparation is not something that can be accomplished in a few days’ time. There may be a gap of weeks before you come back to chapter A. By this time, you may not remember everything important about that chapter that you may have read from somewhere else. This is where sticky notes come in handy. Make a note of important things, outside of the textbook, and paste it on the corner of the relevant pages. A quick look at these little notes and you can recollect everything.

Tip#6: Note down your mistakes

When you start solving NEET mock tests you will come across many questions that you may have difficulty with. It is advisable to make a note of all these questions in your revision notes. Taking a quick glance at these mistakes just before the examination will prevent you from making the same mistakes during the examination. Make sure you take the mock test as per the latest NEET exam pattern and structure.
