NEET 2020 Offline Application Form For Residents Of The Kashmir Valley and Leh

Owing to the difficulty faced by the residents of Kashmir valley and Leh in filling the NEET application form 2020 online, NTA has released an offline application form for such candidates. The last date to submit the application form for Kashmir valley and Leh residents is January 1.

The National Testing Agency (NTA), in a notification released on December 9, stated that the residents of Kashmir valley can fill the NEET 2020 application form offline. In extension to this, another notification released on December 15 stated the same facility can be availed by the residents of Leh as well. Residents of the Kashmir valley and Leh had requested the NTA for this facility owing to the difficulty they were facing in filling the forms online. The last date to submit the offline application forms of NEET 2020 is January 1. However, the NEET exam day remains unaffected by this decision and the examination will be held on May 3 for all the candidates. 

Aspirants of NEET 2020 must note that this facility is available for the residents of Kashmir valley and Leh only and all the other candidates have to fill the application form online.

Candidates who wish to fill the NEET application form offline can download the information brochure from the official website of NTA. Alternatively, a copy of the information brochure is also available at the Nodal Centres.

How to fill the application form of NEET 2020 offline?

Candidates can opt for any of the following methods to obtain the application form of NEET offline

• Download the application form using the link given above
• Go to the Nodal Centre and ask them for a hard copy of the NEET application form

After filling the application form of NEET 2020, a candidate has to submit the application form and the application fee at the Nodal Centre. Details of the functional Nodal Centre are given below.

What will be the cost of an offline NEET application form?

NEET 2020 application fee has to be paid through a Demand Draft only. Draw the DD in favour of “Director General, National Testing Agency, Noida” payable at Noida.

Documents required while filling the offline application form of NEET 2020

• Latest passport-sized photograph
• Latest postcard-sized photograph (4”x6”)
• Photocopy of class X passing certificate

Instructions for candidates who wish to fill the NEET 2020 application form offline

• Only one application can be submitted by a candidate
• If a candidate submits more than one application form, he/ she will not be issued the NEET admit card
• He/ she must read the information brochure carefully before filling the application form
• He/ she must ensure that the email ID and mobile number filled in the offline application form is correct and valid. This email ID and mobile number will become their registered Id and number for future communication.
• NEET 2020 application form will be considered incomplete if it is not accompanied by a Demand Draft.
• Candidates are advised to make a copy of the filled NEET application form, DD and receipt, and keep it for future reference.
• Candidates who submit the NEET application form offline will be able to download the confirmation page from the official website of NTA from January 15.
• Application fee once submitted will not be refunded under any circumstances
