NEE PG 2020 result and cuoff have been releaed by the NBE on January 30. NEET PG 2020 exam was held online on January 5.

NEET PG is a common entrance test to be conducted by the Medical Council of India (MCI) for admissions to post-graduate medical courses across the country. This mandatory single entrance examination will be taken by aspirants seeking admissions to various MD/MS/Diploma PG Diploma Courses under ambit of Post Graduate Medical Regulations notified by Medical Council of India with approval of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Aspirants should possess an MBBS degree / Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate from an Institute recognised as per the provisions of the Indian Medical Council Act
  • They should also possess permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council
  • They must also have completed one year of internship or likely to complete on or before March 31, 2019

MCI has also revised the norms for admission to MBBS course with effect from the academic year 2013-14. The change in norms is associated with the marks acquired in the entrance examination (NEET). As per the new revised norms, the percentile will be determined on the basis of the highest marks secured in the All India common merit list in NEET.

This computer based test will be of 195 minutes and divided into:

  • Tutorial Time - 15 minutes
  • Time for attempting the test - 180 minutes

The test would encompass 240 multiple choices, single correct response questions in English Language only. However, there will be no negative marking for any wrong answer.

hi... im from andhra pradesh... im not sure i understood the allocaton of pg seats a/t neet score.... will the counselling be state wise for us...??
