NEET UG Counselling 2022 Round 2 Registration Process Delayed
The NEET UG counselling 2022 Round 2 registration process has been delayed from the original schedule of November 2. It is likely that the registration window will commence today. Know the details here.
The registration process for the NEET UG counselling 2022 Round 2 was scheduled to commence on November 2, but the registration link has not been activated yet at the MCC website. Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has not announced any update regarding this delay yet. Notably, the resignation window for the NEET counselling 2022 Round 1 seats was reopened yesterday, November 2, till 7 pm. Prior to that, on November 1, MCC had issued a notice for the participating institutes to contribute the seats for Round 2 counselling by 5 pm of November 2. Hence, it is expected that the registration process would commence today, November 3.

The delay in the registration process would cause a delay in the choice filling and locking window as well. However, the rest of the rounds such as verification of applications and processing of seats and release of the seat allotment list are likely to maintain the original schedule.

Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the MCC portal as well as Shiksha.com to know the latest updates on the NEET UG 2022 counselling Round 2 registration. Prior to registering, candidates must ensure that they are eligible and have not accepted seats allotted to them in Round 1.
The seat allotment result of the Round 1 of NEET 2022 counselling was released on October 21 and candidates could report to institutes till October 29. The seat resignation window was open till November 2.
