Madhya Pradesh government is also building a training centre in Shujalpur where training would be provided to those individuals working in handloom, clay art, bamboo art, solar energy, repair and mechanical line.
With a plan to run 53 schools in 52 districts, the Madhya Pradesh government has said that these schools will teach artificial intelligence technology to students with a curriculum spanning 240 hours from the next academic session, said Madhya Pradesh school education minister Inder Singh Parmar. According to a tweet posted by Parmar, the minister has said, “We are going to run 53 schools in 52 districts of the state. We are going to teach the subject of Artificial Intelligence in these schools with 240 hours of curriculum from the next session. Madhya Pradesh is the heart of the country so at the same time we are going to do a new experiment under which the students of MP will be able to acquire the knowledge of the language of other states, we are also making efforts for that.”
According to the statement given by the minister, the authorities are making arrangements to recruit teachers for the project and to provide education in these 53 schools through an open board.
Following the agenda of skill-based learning as per NEP 2020, the minister further said that the Madhya Pradesh government is building a training centre in Shujalpur where training would be provided to those individuals working in handloom, clay art, bamboo art, solar energy, repair and mechanical line. The training centre will provide training to those individuals who dropped out of school and are unemployed. “Such a new initiative is being launched to provide employment opportunities to those children who have left studies after passing Class 5 or Class 8 or have left studies after failing Class 10. Such children and people who are unemployed will be able to get training in those training centres,” Parmar said.
