CS December 2020 exam: ICSI issues important guidelines due to COVID-19

In view of COVID-19 pandemic, ICSI has issued new exam day guidelines. According to the new guidelines, all candidates will have to wear a mask and submit a self-declaration form.

In view of COVID-19 pandemic, ICSI has taken all measures for conducting CS exam from December 21 to 30, 2020. The exam centre officials will ensure that candidates wore a mask. Candidates will have to wash or santiser their hands regularly at the exam centre. Candidates will have to follow social distancing of atleast six feet at the exam centre.

ICSI has established all exam centres outside the containment zones. Entry of candidates will begin one hour prior to the actual exam timing. The number of ICSI CS exam centres 2020 has been increased from 172 to 262.

Important guidelines issued due to COVID-19

  • Seating of candidates in each room has been reduced to 12 from 25 to maintain adequate social distancing
  • Candidates will have to wear mask
  • Candidates will have to submit a ‘Self Declaration’ form about their health status to the Superintendent of Examination
  • Spitting is strictly prohibited
  • Sanitizers, soap, sodium hypochlorite solution, etc. will be provided to candidates at the exam centre

ICSI CS June 2020 exam was initially scheduled to be held from June 1 to 10. However, it was re-scheduled from July 6 to 16. The exam was again rescheduled from August 18 to 28. Thereafter, the June 2020 session was merged with December session.

ICSI CS June 2021 exam will be conducted from June 1, 2021. The complete exam schedule will be made available soon.
