ICMAI Facilitates CMA Exam Service Request Link

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) has released a link for service requests related to exams. Candidates who are enrolled on any of the CMA course levels can raise a request using this link. Alternatively, candidates who are not students of the institute can also raise a request. ICAI has launched this link to aid the self-help process on the go. Candidates need to enter their registration number, name, course level, email ID, and mobile number to raise a service request. The type of service request can be chosen from the drop-down menu available at the CMA service request portal.

Besides choosing the service type from the drop-down menu, candidates are able to enter the query in detail, not exceeding more than 100 characters. Additionally, candidates are given an option to upload a document of file size less than 1 MB.

After submitting the request/query, ICAI will generate a service request number. With the release of the service request link, ICAI has also released a link to track the service request status. Candidates need to provide the service request number to check the status.
