ICSI CS 2020 June exam, CSEET postponed again; exams to be held in Aug
ICSI CS 2020 June session has been postponed again. The exam for all programmes will be held from August 18 to 28. CEET exam has also been postponed, will be held on August 29.
With the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has postponed ICSI CS June exam as well as CSEET. All the exams-Foundation programme, Executive programme and Professional programme have been deferred. The examinations will be held from August 18 to August 28. CSEET 2020 exam will be held on August 29, 2020. The registration deadline for CSEET is extended to July 27. The detailed time table has released by ICSI. The next session exams will be held in December, as per schedule.
ICSI has reserved August 29, 30 and 31, 2020 as exam dates, in case of any disruption. Earlier, ICSI CS June exams were scheduled to be held from July 6 to 16, 2020. CSEET exam was scheduled to be held on July 17. Usually, the exams are held in June every year, however, this year due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the schedule for all programmes have been postponed.

Several students took to social media demanding cancellation of the exam. ICSI had issued an advisory regarding the same asking students not to post any such details or issues on social media. It would lead to demotivation in students who actually wish to appear for the exams as per the body.
