The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is conducting the ICSI CS Foundation, December 2022 session examination in two days window. The exam is being conducted in online proctored mode. Candidates appearing for the exam must adhere to the prescribed guidelines for smooth conduct of the online proctored examination.
CS Foundation December 2022 exam is being held in four batches, 2 batches per day. Check the table below to know the schedule and guidelines for examination.

CS Foundation Exam Day Guidelines
Conduct of Examination in remote proctor means:
- Candidates shall be required to download SEBLite, Safe Exam Browser in their Laptop or Desktop as per the link provided to them in due course of time for the mock test and for the Examination.
- Candidates shall remotely be continuously monitored through video / audio mode by the supervisor/invigilator, known as Proctor, in the same manner as if they appearing in the Examination at Examination Centres
- Candidates must have the following documents with them:
- Admit card
- Student Identity Card/Identity Card issued by Govt from any of the following
- Passport
- Driving License
- PAN Card
- UID Aadhaar Card
- Voter Card
- Candidates must login 40 minutes prior to the given examination timing.
- There will be 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s) of 2 marks each in each paper and the Candidates shall be given 90 minutes for appearing in both the papers on each day Page 3 of 12 (45 minutes in case of exemption in one of the papers).
- Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 40% marks in each paper, i.e. Paper- 1, Paper-2, Paper-3 and Paper-4 separately as the case may be, and 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together for passing the Foundation Programme Examination. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
- No Candidate have with him/her mobile phone, palmtop, I-pad, pager, books, study material, printed or handwritten material, digital diary, watch alarms, blue tooth, health band, smart watch, scientific and programmable calculators, listening devices and recording or photographic devices or any kind of communication device/gadget, or any other reference material etc. during the Examination.
