AKTU BTech Exams 2022 to be held in Hindi language as well
The exams are to be held in 765 technical institutes affiliated with AKTU and 60 institutes of Lucknow across the state and question papers will be provided in both English as well as the Hindi language.
AKTU BTech Exams: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University is going to be the first-ever university to provide Hindi question paper in engineering examinations. AKTU will be conducting BTech examinations 2022-23 in the Hindi language along with English. The varsity has commenced preparation for conducting BTech exams in Hindi as well. The examination committee has approved the decision to provide AKTU BTech exams 2022 question paper in Hindi along with English.
The exams are to be held in 765 technical institutes affiliated with AKTU and 60 institutes of Lucknow across the state and question papers will be provided in both English as well as the Hindi language. The varsity will give the students the option to appear for BTech exams in the language they are comfortable in. Students comfortable with the English language may choose to answer in English else the option to attempt the exam in Hindi will also be available.
Until now, varsities have been conducting the engineering exam in the English language only. However, the move to conduct exams in Hindi as well will benefit about 85 thousand BTech students of BTech. According to AKTU Vice-Chancellor Professor Manish Gaur, the varsity is making various changes in order to implement the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP).
For the first time, AKTU will conduct examinations in the new session 2022-23 and questions will be available in both languages. The answering facility will be available in both languages.
The initiative will be applicable in the following branches of BTech:
- Civil
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Mechanical
- Production Engineering
- Chemical
- Computer Science
- Electronics and Communication
- Electronics and Instrumentation
- Environmental Engineering
- The course will be made of credit bank
