NATA 2021 eligibility criteria revised, registration date extended

NATA 2021: Council of Architecture (CoA) has revised the eligibility criteria for the NATA 2021 exam. The Council has also extended the registration date of the phase-1 test till April 1, 2021. Candidates can apply for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) online through the official site i.e. nata.in.

The council has relaxed the eligibility for admission to the first year of the 5-year BArch Degree course after approval from the Central government. The CoA has also released an official notification in this regard.

As per the official notice, “No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless he or she has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects or passed 10+3 Diploma exam with Mathematics, as a compulsory subject.”

The council conducting the exam twice every year. NATA 2021 Phase-1 test will be conducted on April 10, 2021, and the Phase-2 test will be conducted on June 12, 2021. NATA 2021 admit card for the phase-1 test will be released on April 6. The NATA phase-1 test result will be announced on April 14 and the phase-2 test result will be announced on June 16, 2021. NATA 2021 application form for both phases were made available by the CoA on March 5.
