NSD 2025 Application Process Starts: Check Out Last Date of Submission

The NSD 2025 Application Process is now live on the official website of the National School of Drama for candidates who wish to pursue a three-year diploma course in Dramatic Arts. The selection process will be based on the candidate's application. The National School of Drama (NSD) Application Process 2025 is ongoing for candidates who wish to study a three-year diploma course in Dramatic Arts. The last date for candidates to register themselves by visiting the official site is January 15, 2025. Therefore, candidates who wish to get admission to NSD for the academic session 2025-26 should visit the official site and register themselves before the end date to be able to eligible for the selection process. The final selection decision will be made by the esteemed faculty at NSD for the participating candidates. There are a total of 100 seats available for the academic session 2025-26. 

Also, all the selected candidates need to submit an NSD 2025 Registration Fee of INR 5000 online mode. If a selected candidate fails to do so their seat will be offered to other candidates on the waiting list. Out-station candidates are also eligible to apply. No accommodation, TA/DA is provided to the participants. Those who have completed the course before will not be considered. Once, a candidate is selected he/she will be informed by phone and email a few days before the course begins. The Selection Committee’s decision will be final.

Steps to Register Online

Step 1: Visit the official website of NSD i.e. nsd.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the "last date to receipt of forms January 15, 2025" link. 

Step 3: Click on the "New User" 

Step 4: Fill in the necessary details such as the candidate's name, mother or father's name, personal number and email ID.

Step 5: Click on the submit button and then fill out the application form and submit the application fee. 

Step 6: After submitting the application fee click on the submit button.

NSD 2025: Campus Reporting

An eight-day program is going to be held at the NSD Campus in New Delhi from January 28, 2025, to February 5, 2025. Candidates should know that this is going to be an insightful lesson from well-known theatre professionals across the country, completed by thought-provoking play viewings. This program might also include a writing workshop, and the program will focus on enhancing candidates' understanding of theatre through insightful discussions and critical analysis.

NSD 2025: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates must be aware of the NSD Eligibility Criteria before filling out the NSD Application Form 2025. 

• To participate, a candidate must be over 18 years old as of January 1, 2025, and have a functional understanding of Hindi or English. 

All the candidates should fill in their NSD 2025 Application Form carefully because an incomplete form will be rejected by the exam authority. Also, the selection of all the candidates is done based on their Application form and therefore all candidates need to fill out their form carefully.
