The Practical Skills Module (PSM) in the CFA exam offers hands-on training to apply curriculum concepts in real-world scenarios. The PSM is mandatory for viewing results and therefore the candidates must complete one PSM, dedicating 15-20 hours to videos, quizzes, and case studies.

The confidence interval is the light blue box around the student's score representing a 90% confidence interval. A student who has scored well could have a high confidence interval that they would have passed under nearly any circumstances and will have the grey line with the confidence interval box above the minimum passing score (MPS).
