CFA Results 2024 Level 3 August (OUT) Live Updates: Know How to Download Result, Pass Rate, Time

After the CFA Institute releases the CFA result, candidates should register for the next level exam. Candidates who fail the exam should analyze their performance in various topics and focus on improving them. They must take at least 5 weeks to re-register for the next exam. 

CFA result 2024 for Level 3 exam has been released online. The CFA pass rate for the August Level 3 exam 2024 is 48%. The pass rate dipped by one percent from the previous session. 

CFA Institute has released the CFA Level 3 result 2024 for the August exam. 

The CFA Level 3 result 2024 will be declared soon on the official website of CFA Institute. The release time is 6:30 PM IST or 9:00 AM ET.

The CFA pass rate for Level 3 February 2024 exam was 49%. 

The CFA results do not expire and will be available on the candidate's login portal until their profile is active. Candidates can access the CFA results using their login credentials, i.e. email ID and password. 

The candidates who appeared for the exam can check their CFA results through their emails using:

• Registered Email ID
• Password

The light blue box in the CFA result around the student's score represents the confidence interval. A student who has scored well could have a high confidence interval that they would have passed under nearly any circumstances and will have the grey line with the confidence interval box above the minimum passing score (MPS). 

PSM or the Practical Skills Module is a module which offers hands-on training to apply curriculum concepts in real-world scenarios. Candidates must dedicate 15 to 20 hours to PSM videos, quizzes and case studies in order to view the CFA result. The PSM will become mandatory for Level 3 candidates from the year 2025. 

The CFA 2024 exam for the August month was conducted at all levels. Here are the CFA result dates for August 2024 Level 1, 2 & 3. 

To access the detailed CFA result, candidates can follow the following steps:

• Visit the official CFA Institute website
• Go to the 'Programs' tab under the results section
• Enter the registered Email ID and Password
• Click on the level 3 CFA result link and it will be displayed on the screen

Before the candidates go on to check and download their results, they should follow the below-mentioned instructions:

• CFA result 2024 will be emailed to the students at 9 AM ET or 6:30 PM IST
• MPS will help the students determine the status of their CFA result
• Information such as the pass rate will be released along with the result. 

CFA exam is graded or checked by the CFA charterholders and then the CFA Institute applies a rigorous methodology to determine a minimum passing score (MPS) which depicts the result status of the candidate. 

The minimum passing score or the MPS is a criterion to gauge whether the candidate who appeared for the CFA exam has passed or failed a particular CFA level. The MPS is depicted in the CFA result through a thin grey line. 

The CFA Level 3 scorecard will have some of the important details mentioned on it such as:

• Result status- Pass or Fail
• Detailed breakdown of the performance in each topic area
• The score obtained by the candidate in each topic area
• Minimum Passing Score, MPS

• Performance Band (10th Percentile)

• Other information including guidance on the next step in the CFA journey

The CFA result will be emailed to candidates who appeared for the exam. If the students wish to check their detailed CFA result, they can visit the official website of CFA Institute, i.e. cfainstitute.org

The CFA Level 3 August exam 2024 was conducted from August 16, 2024, to August 19, 2024. 

The CFA result will be released via email. The CFA Institute will send the CFA results to the candidates on their registered email ID. 

The CFA result 2024 for the Level 3 August exam will be released at 6:30 PM IST or 9:00 AM ET. 

CFA level 3 result will be released today, i.e. October 17, 2024, for the August 2024 exam.
