BUMAT 2021 or Bharati Vidyapeeth Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test for admission to BBA and BCA programmes has been announced by the conducting body, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU), Pune on February 23. The exam will be conducted on June 20. The complete schedule of the BUMAT 2021 exam such as the application deadline, exam, result and counselling has been announced by the university. Although last year the exam was conducted in an online proctored mode or an Internet-based Test (IBT), this year’s exam pattern or structure has not been announced yet. Let us take a look at the details of the BUMAT 2021 exam.

BUMAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for BUMAT 2021 are as follows:

  • Candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum 45 per cent aggregate (40 per cent marks for SC/ST) from a recognised board or an equivalent exam

  • Candidates should be Indian citizens

  • Candidates in their Class 12, who are yet to appear for their Board Exam are also eligible to apply

BUMAT 2021 Exam Pattern

It is expected that the BUMAT 2021 exam pattern will remain the same as that of last year, in terms of the test structure. However, the mode of the exam may be revoked to the older mode, which is paper-pencil based (PBT). The following table brings the structure of the test.

The duration of the exam is 150 minutes or 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each question carries one mark and there is no negative marking scheme in the exam.

BVDU has not opened the application link or released the detailed exam brochure yet. Once the brochure is released, we will bring further details of the exam. It is expected that the BUMAT application procedure and pattern will remain the same as last year.
