Lucknow University started the UGPET choice filling process for BBA courses on September 17; tomorrow, September 20 is the last day for choice filling.

Lucknow University released UGPET 2022 results on September 14 for the exams conducted on September 3 and 4. The UGPET results were released in the form of merit lists. Candidates who passed the exam were allowed to complete the counselling registration. After Lucknow University closed the counselling registration window, a window for choice filling was facilitated. Choice filling for BBA admission based on UGPET 2022 can be completed on or before September 20. Candidates who completed the counselling registration before the deadline are allowed to fill choices.

Based on the choices filled by the candidates and the UGPET scores, Lucknow University shall allot seats in the participating colleges. After allotment of seats, candidates can exercise options, including upgradation and retention of seats.

UGPET 2022 Counselling Process

Lucknow University conducts the UGPET counselling in an online mode. The steps included in the UGPET counselling process are as follows:

  1. Counselling registration
  2. Choice filling
  3. Seat allotment
  4. Downloading provisional allotment cum confirmation letter
  5. Exercising options (Upgradation/retention)
  6. Reporting at University/College

Documents Required for Reporting to Allotted College

The allotment letter issued to the candidates shall host the date and venue for reporting. Candidates must report at the venue specified inside the allotted college for document verification. Officials at the college will verify all the documents to grant final allotment. In case the documents are found invalid, candidates will be disqualified from the admission process, irrespective of their qualifying score.

Documents required while reporting at the allotted college include:

  • Printout of the provisional allotment cum confirmation letter
  • Copy of filled in application form
  • Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
  • Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
  • Category certificate
  • Original ID card (issued by a government authority)
  • Two passport sized photos
  • Copies of all fee receipts
  • Caste certificate (for OBC, SC, ST)
  • Income certificate (if claiming for zero fees)

Candidates who have opted for upgradation during the counselling process will be eligible for the second allotment round. Additionally, candidates who participated in the choice filling process but were not allotted any seats will be eligible for the second round of UGPET counselling.
