St Xavier’s College has released the first merit list for admission to BCom Management Studies, formerly known as BMS, and BA MCJ. Along with the merit score, Xavier’s first merit cutoff for BMS and BA MCJ is also out.
XET Merit List for BMS and BA MCJ
St Xavier’s College has released Xavier’s Entrance Test results in the form of a merit list on its official website, xaviers.ac. Candidates can check their XET scores via the PDF uploaded on the website. Along with the merit score, St Xavier’s College has released the first merit cutoff for all categories. Names of the candidates in the merit list is based on 60:40 weightage for their score in XET and Class 12.
Candidates whose names are displayed in the first merit list released by St Xaviers College are required to collect College Pre filled Admission form available in the XIMR Building (Second Floor) from June 18 to June 20. Candidates must be accompanied by a parent.
Along with the release of the results, candidates must have received an SM and email containing a username and password to access a form at sxc.qualcampus.com to be filled by midnight today. While filling the form, candidates need to state their minor subjects along with the Open Electives and Skill Enhancement Course.

Documents Required for St Xavier’s College Admissions
Candidates need to report at the XIMR Building as per the time slot mentioned in the merit list. Candidates must carry the following documents while reporting at the college:
- Original Class XII marksheet
- Photocopy of the Class XII exam hall ticket (Only for CBSE Board)
- Original Migration Certificate (for Other Boards)
- Copy of Baptism certificate /SWD certificate / Special category certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Mumbai University Pre-Online Registration form.
In addition to the originals of the above mentioned documents, candidates must carry two self attested copies of the same.
Candidates will receive a payment link as soon as the form is verified and the documents are submitted. Last date to complete the admission fee payment is set as June 20 (until 6 PM).
St Xavier’s College Fees
Candidates need to pay INR 75,000 for BCom in Management Studies (earlier BMS) and BA MCJ admissions. Those who have passed Class 12 from boards other than Maharashtra HSC, a fee of INR 1250 as eligibility and verification is added to the total admission fee.
