Xavier’s Entrance Test (XET) 2023 was conducted from June 7 to 10 across different cities in India. Candidates who took the XET Entrance Exam for Xavier’s BMS and BA MCJ admission will be able to check the first merit list tomorrow, i.e. June 19. Candidates had to complete the exam registration until June 2. Additionally, aspirants had to complete the pre-admission registration form for Mumbai University until June 12.
Candidates who took the exam and completed the pre-registration form before the deadline will get their names included in the first XET merit list for BMS and BA MCJ admission.

St Xavier’s College offers BMS and BA MCJ admission. A total of 120 seats are being offered collectively for both courses (60 seats each for BMS and BA MCJ). The space below mentions the seat intake for BMS and BA MCJ:
- Management Quota (15% of total seats): 18
- Christian Minority (50% of remaining 85% seats): 50
- General Category (42% of remaining 85% seats): 42
- Persons with Disability (5% of remaining 85% seats): 6
- Special Category (3% of remaining 85% seats): 4
Out of the total 50 seats for Christian Minority, 20 seats are reserved for candidates who passed from the Maharashtra HSC board. The remaining 30 seats are left for candidates who completed 10+2 level from other state/national boards. Similarly, out of 42 seats for the General category, 16 seats are reserved for candidates passing from the Maharashtra HSC board. While the remaining 26 seats are left for the candidates from other state/national boards.
