   - They must have scored at least 55% marks (for general category students) or 50% marks (for SC/ST students) in their Class 7 final exams.

2. Age Limit:

   - Candidates should not be older than 13 years as of July 1, 2024 (i.e., students appearing in Class 8 for the exam should be below 13 years of age).

3. Parental Income:

   - The family income of the student’s parents should not exceed Rs. 1,50,000 per annum from all sources.
