#CancelBoardPariksha: Students in the midst of the increasing number of novel coronavirus cases are demanding national states boards to cancel the scheduled CBSE, ICSE and other state board exams. While CBSE board exams date and ICSE, ISC timetable are yet to be announced for the term 2 exams. There are several state boards that have decided to continue the conduct of exams amid the ongoing pandemic situation.
Taking the matter on Twitter, several students have started demanding cancelation of the 10th, 12th board exams 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Various hashtags such as #cancelboardpariksha, #CancelBoardExam2022, #BoardExam are trending with such tweets. Check out some of the tweets below:
Earlier, the Central Board of Secondary Education in a statement mentioned that CBSE term 2 exams will be conducted only if the COVID-19 situation gets better. However, states such as Bihar, Assam, Rajasthan and Maharashtra have decided to continue with the board exams. Meanwhile, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh board exams also depend on the COVID-19 pandemic situations. Also, UP Board has announced that UP 10th and UP 12th board exams 2022 will be conducted after the election.
According to the 10th, 12th board exam schedule released by some boards, Bihar Board has scheduled to conduct the BSEB 10th exam from February 17 to 24, while BSEB 12th exams will be conducted from February 1 to 14, 2022. Whereas, RBSE 10th, 12 exams will be conducted by Rajasthan n Board from March 3. Maharashtra Board has announced to conduct Mah 10th, 12th board exams in the month of March.
