CBSE’s latest notification states that schools affiliated with the Board were asked to make LOC from August 16, 2021, and the data collection for the same will commence from today, i.e. September 17, 2021.
CBSE is all set to conduct the CBSE Term 1 Board Examinations soon. In its latest notification, CBSE has asked the schools and principals to submit the List of Candidates (LOC) who will be appearing for the examinations. According to the official schedule released by the Board, CBSE 10th and CBSE 12th Term 1 Board Exams 2021-22 will be conducted in November-December 2021. CBSE’s latest notification states that schools affiliated with the Board were asked to make LOC from August 16, 2021, and the data collection for the same will commence from today, i.e. September 17, 2021. Meanwhile, the schools have also been asked to submit the LOC through the e-pariksha link available on the official website.
In order to ensure the registration of the students, schools must submit correct data in a timely manner. They must also ensure that the child is not registered with any other board. Schools have been asked to sponsor their own students and make sure they attend classes on a regular basis. CBSE has asked the schools and their heads to go through the detailed notification released on its official website.
The notification also informs schools that they can submit the LOC in the online mode only and there will also be no correction window available.
With no availability of a correction window, it becomes important for schools to correct and authentic data. Before uploading the data online, schools are required to register themselves and use the affiliation number available as their registration number. Selection of subject code and subject combinations must be done carefully while submitting the data. The last date to submit the data is September 29. Any corrections or modifications done by schools will be observed by the Regional Officers of CBSE. Schools have also been asked to take a printout of the final LOC and obtain the signature of the candidates and parents to confirm the details filled in the LOC.
