CBSE Term 2 Date Sheet 2022 released for Class 10, 12 practical exams, Schools to conduct exams from March 2

CBSE Term 2 date sheet 2022 for class 10th and 12th practical exams has been released by the CBSE. Class 10 internal exam and class 12 practical exam would begin from March 2.

The Central Board of Secondary Education has released CBSE Term 2 date sheet 2022 for the practical exams. The CBSE has released an official notification that mentions CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 2 practical exams would take place from March 2, 2022. Along with announcing CBSE term 2 practical exam dates, the notification also includes guidelines for conducting the class 10 internal exam and class 12 practical exams.

According to the released notification, the schools will be held responsible for conducting practical exams between March 2 and 10 days before the theory exam. Last week, the board had released a notification stating that the CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 2 Exam 2022 would begin from April 26, 2022. However, the board has not announced the detailed CBSE Term 2 Date Sheet 2022 yet. Hence, the last date for the CBSE practical paper class 12 would depend on the theory exam date sheet. As per the notification released for the CBSE practical date, the schools are also instructed to follow the guidelines mentioned below.

Guidelines for CBSE Class 10, 12 Term 2 Practical Exams/ Internal Exams 2022

For Class 10 regular students, the internal exam will be conducted by the schools. For Class 12 regular students, the external examiners would be assigned the practical exams. No practical exams would be conducted for the private school candidates. The marks would be given on a pro-rata basis for the private candidates who have appeared for the examination before 2020-21.

Internal/ practical exams for both classes would be conducted in the schools. After reviewing internal exam papers, schools will be required to upload the marks obtained by the students. The uploaded marks would be carried forward for the CBSE term 2 exam result 2022.

During the practical exams, schools would be responsible to make sure that all the COVID-19 related protocols are being followed. Practical exams would be based on the curriculum designed for the CBSE term 2 exam 2022. CBSE had already shared a notice regarding the same on its website earlier.

Regional offices would supply answer books to the schools and the schools must ensure that all the answer books are filled correctly by the students. CBSE will assign Observers and external examiners and schools are not allowed to make ‘alternative arrangements’. Schools would be required to arrange internal examiners only.

Students must note that the board will not prepare date sheets for the practical/internal exams, it will be prepared by their respective schools only. CBSE will soon release a detailed CBSE Term 2 Date Sheet 2022 for class 10 and 12 exams on its website at cbse.gov.in.
