Data released by the Board suggest that approximately seven lakh students, 2.81 lakh (2,81,436) have registered to appear for JAC 12th board exams 2022 and around 3.99 lakh (3,99,010) will sit for the JAC matriculation exam this year.

JAC 10th, 12th Exams 2022: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) is all set to commence the board examinations for Class 10 (Matriculation) and Class 12 (Intermediate) students from tomorrow, i.e. March 24, 2022. Considering the improving novel coronavirus condition in the state, the authorities decided to conduct JC Board Exams 2022 in offline mode. Data released by the Board suggest that approximately seven lakh students, 2.81 lakh (2,81,436) have registered to appear for JAC 12th board exams 2022 and around 3.99 lakh (3,99,010) will sit for the JAC matriculation exam this year.

JAC 10th, 12th Board Exams 2022 in two shifts

Despite improving the COVID-19 situation in the area, JAC has decided to follow COVID-19 guidelines strictly. Jharkhand Academic Council will conduct the 10th, 12th exams in two shifts. JAC Class 10 exam will be conducted in the morning shift, while JAC 12th students will appear for the exams in the afternoon shift. JAC matriculation exam will conclude on April 20, while the Jharkhand board intermediate examinations will end on April 25.

JAC 10th, 12th Exams 2022: Important Guidelines

Students must keep the below-mentioned guidelines in mind while appearing for JAC Board Exams 2022:

  • Students will not be allowed to enter the examination hall without the JAC board exams 2022 admit card.
  • Adhering to COVID-19 protocols during the JAC board examination is a must. Wearing masks, following social distancing, and other COVID protocols as mentioned on the admit card and by the authorities are mandatory for both students and staff.
  • Jharkhand Academic Council will conduct the 10th, 12th exams in both morning and afternoon shifts. Students will have to report at least 30 minutes before the set exam timing to check their designated seats.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic devices, headphones, etc. are banned inside the examination hall.
