The last date to submit forms offline has been extended till May 24.
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) has extended the last date for submission of permission cum admission forms for JKBOSE Class 10 private students Winter Zone of the Jammu division. Students will now be able to submit the Class 10 Admission forms offline until May 24 with a total fee of Rs 3000 per candidate. The same has been mentioned in an official notification released by JKBOSE.
Meanwhile, JKBOSE Class 10 examinations have been cancelled for the remaining subjects in the wake of rising COVID cases in the state and across the nation. Class 10 students' promotion to Class 11 will be decided on the basis of their performance in subjects already undertaken in the present exam and internal assessment. While, for Class 12, the state board has decided to postpone the upcoming Class 12 examinations after they had already begun on April 3, due to COVID. The examinations have been interrupted in between due to the surge in the number of COVID cases in the state and across the nation. Students must keep visiting the official JKBOSE website for updates regarding the conduct of board examinations for Class 12. The state board will notify the students about the same much in advance.
