Calling it “student-friendly” criteria, BC Nagesh announced the new Karnataka 2nd PUC revaluation criteria on Twitter. Based on this, the Education Minister further stated that the 'Karnataka Undergraduate Education State Level Public Examination Rules-1997' would be amended accordingly.
Karnataka 2nd PUC Exams 2023: Karnataka Government has introduced new Karnataka 2nd PUC Exams 2023 revaluation criteria. Students can now apply for 2nd PUC Results revaluation, even if it they have scored just one mark in their Pre-University exams, according to the announcement made by state Education Minister BC Nagesh.
The state Education Minister has further stated that this new criterion would be applicable from the Karnataka 2nd PUC Exams 2023 scheduled in March.
Calling it “student-friendly” criteria, BC Nagesh announced the new Karnataka 2nd PUC revaluation criteria on Twitter. Based on this, the Education Minister further stated that the 'Karnataka Undergraduate Education State Level Public Examination Rules-1997' would be amended accordingly.
“The state government has decided to improve the revaluation system of the answer sheet of the second PU main exam, and the state government has decided to consider the students who apply for revaluation even if they get 'one mark' more. This new rule will be applicable from the 'Annual Examination' to be held in March 2023,” tweeted the Karnataka Education Minister.
According to the existing criteria, if a student has applied for revaluation, they should have scored at least 6 percent or total marks in order to apply for revaluation. However, as per this new amendment suggested, students would be able to apply for revaluation even if their score is below 6 percent.
According to official 2nd PUC datesheet released by the Department of PUC Education, the Karnataka 2nd PUC Exams from scheduled to be held from March 9, 2023 to March 29, 2023.
