Right to Education Act Online lottery for admission in private schools was launched by Minister of State for School Education (Independent Charge) Inder Singh Parmar.

Madhya Pradesh School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar launched the online admission process. According to the official tweet posted by School Education Department, MP official Twitter handle, “More than one lakh children got free admission in private schools of their choice”

The department further informed, “Right to Education Act Online lottery for admission in private schools was launched by Minister of State for School Education (Independent Charge) Shri Inder Singh Parmar.”

“In the virtual live programme, the School Education Minister associated with Shujalpur alloted schools to the children by pressing the button of the RTE portal's server. Mr. Parmar congratulated all those children and parents who got free admission in private schools of their choice today,” another tweet added.

Congratulating the students upon getting admission, Parmar tweeted, “Under the Right to Education Act, in the session 2023-24, the eligible children who have been allotted seats for free admission in non-government schools of the state today, congratulations and best wishes for a bright future.

◆Eligible Applications - 115593

◆ Total allotment in first phase – 101219”

The minister further added, “Information is also being sent to the children who are being allotted school through SMS, their parents will be able to get the allotment letter from the portal and get the children admitted directly to the school. The concerned school will not be able to deny free admission to the children who are being allotted school.”

“The fees of all these children will be provided by the government to the school. Madhya Pradesh is leading in better implementation of this provision, which is providing good opportunities to the children through a transparent process,” the minister said.
