He noted, "Our collaboration with the Kotak Education Foundation represents a significant step toward bridging the gender gap in STEM fields in India. We pride ourselves on offering personalized training to foster a community of innovative leaders and problem solvers."

A Holistic Approach to Education

The Kotak Kanya Scholarship Program aims to empower 225 girl students from financially challenged backgrounds pursuing graduation from top-ranked NIRF institutions. The program offers financial support over four to five years, enabling these scholars to pursue higher education without financial constraints. Beyond financial assistance, the scholarship emphasizes holistic development through intensive engagement and finishing school activities.

CTLC's training program for the Kotak Kanya Scholars will span three years and feature a comprehensive three-course structure. The first year focuses on self-learning and goal-setting, establishing a solid career foundation. The second year enhances interpersonal skills and boosts public communication confidence. In the final year, students will prepare for the job market by learning to craft compelling CVs, conduct market research, network, and refine their interview skills.
