Telangana government has said that it is planning to announce the Telangana Intermediate Board exam result by mid- June and will be conducting the class 10th exam by end of this month.
A week after Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced that the class 10th exams will be conducted in May, the state Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy said that the exam dates will be released by the government after getting approval from the High Court.

"The government is planning to file an affidavit today, May 11, before the High Court. If the government gets the nod from the court, the exams will be conducted by end of this month. However, students should start preparing for the remaining examinations," the education minister said.
Before the lockdown was announced, only three papers of the Telangana Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination (TS SSC 2020) were conducted. The eight papers that are remaining, includes major subjects like English, mathematics, and science. The fresh TS SSC Date Sheet 2020 will be released once the government gets nod from the High Court.
"The examination will be conducted maintaining the social distancing norms, and the government will make all necessary arrangements for sanitizers and masks.Mandatory screening of teachers, parents, invigilators, and students will also be done. There will be one student at a bench, maintaining a distance of six feet,” the minister informed.
Meanwhile, the Telangana State Board has already started the evaluation process for the state intermediate examination and the scrutiny of answer sheet will be conducted at 33 evaluation centres in various districts from May 12. The students can expect TS SSC result 2020 by second week of June, the minister said.
Students who appeared for the TS Intermediate Board 2020 are waiting for TS Inter Result 2020, however, it has been delayed due to the extension in the coronavirus lockdown in the state.
A total of 5,08,457 students applied to appear for the SSC examinations, while over 9.65 lakh students registered for the intermediate first year and second-year examinations in the state.
