Upon hearing the matter, the Telangana High Court passed the order allowing the student to appear for the SSC Exams as per the schedule on April 10 and April 11. Interim relief has been granted to the student by the court as he had not been accused of malpractice.

TS SSC Paper Leak 2023: The High Court of Telangana ha Class 10 Student, has allowed the debarred students caught under TS SSC paper leak 2023 matter to appear for the remaining TS SSC Exams 2023. Earlier, the student was debarred for five years by the Board due to his alleged involvement in the TS SSC Hindi Paper Leak. The decision to debar the student for five years was made after it was discovered that the paper which was leaked belonged to him. However, the student's father alleged that his ward is innocent and the paper had been taken forcefully from his ward and he has been wrongfully accused.

TS SSC Paper Leak 2023 

Telangana Board commenced TS SSC Exams 2023 on April 3. On the first day of the exam, the Telegu paper got leaked. The investigating authority arrested four officials, including an invigilator for leaking the language paper. The next day, the TS SSC Class 10 Hindi paper also got leaked on WhatsApp. The student caught behind the TS SSC Hindi Paper leak 2023 matter was debarred by the Board for five years.

Upon debarment, the student's father approached the High Court. He stated that his son's name is not mentioned in the FIR registered with the police. The father also expressed concerns over the future of his ward as he told Telangana HC that his son had been stopped from appearing for the TS SSC Exam on Friday, April 7, 2023. The headmaster of the school had seized the hall ticket of the student and stopped him from appearing for his board exams.
