Uttarakhand 10th 12th Board Exam 2023 dates to be out soon; 1,250 centres identified

1,250 examination centers will be set up across the state for UBSE 10^th and UBSE 12^th board exams 2023. Out of the total, the Board has identified 198 centres as sensitive and 15 centers as highly sensitive in order to make these examinations cheating-free in the state.

Uttarakhand 10th 12th Board Exam 2023: Uttarakhand Board of School Education conducted a meeting at the Board Headquarters of Uttarakhand Vidyalaya Shiksha Parishad, Ramnagar regarding the conduct of UK 10^th, 12^th board examinations 2023. During the meeting, the authority decided on the UK Board Examination centers for Class 10, 12. According to the reports, 1,250 examination centers will be set up across the state for the UBSE 10^th and UBSE 12^th board exams 2023. Out of the total, the Board has identified 198 centres as sensitive and 15 centers as highly sensitive in order to make these examinations cheating-free in the state. However, there has been a huge decrease in the figures of copying year after year in the examinations of the Uttarakhand Board of School Education.

In the meeting, the state level officers gave instructions to the Chief Education Officers regarding necessary physical resources and security requirements during board exams 2023. The officers were also asked to properly examine the UK Board Class 10, 12 exams 2023 centers. As per the data, a total of 2,59,340 candidates will appear for UK 10^th, 12^th Board Exams 2023 at 1250 examination centers. Out of the total, 1,32,104 will appear for UK Board high school exams and 1,27,236 will appear for UK Board intermediate exams 2023. This year, there is an increase of 16 thousand students as compared to previous years. While the Council has reduced 83 examination centers.

Last year, 1,333 exam centres were allotted for UK Board Exams. This time Haridwar has the maximum number of candidates, i.e. 48,322. Whereas in Champawat district 6,984 candidates will appear in the examination. This time maximum number of examination centers 145 have been set up in Tehri district. Whereas in the Champawat district, the number of these centers has been reduced to just 38.

UK Board 10^th, 12^th Practical examinations will be conducted in the month of February 2023. It is likely that UBSE board examinations of high school and intermediate will commence from the last week of February or March. The Board is yet to release the official UK Board 10^th date sheet 2023 and UK Board 12^th date sheet 2023.
