WB Madhyamik Result 2020 Marksheet distribution on July 22 & 24, confirms WBBSE Board President

WBBSE released revised dates to distribute WB Madhyamik Result Marksheet. Admissions for WB Board Class 11 to begin of the same day.

WB Madhyamik Result 2020 Marksheet: The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) confirmed that the distribution of hard copies of the WB Madhyamik Result 2020 Mark sheets, passing certificates will take place on July 22, 2020, and July 24, 2020, via the respective schools. The WB Board decided to distribute the WB Madhyamik Result Marksheet on revised the dates due to state-wide lockdown planned on July 23 and July 25. In order to give confirmation regarding the same, the West Bengal Board posted an official notice on its website wbbse.org.

The WBBSE President Kalyanmoy Ganguly confirmed the change in the dates for the distribution of WB Madhyamik Result 2020 marksheets through the official notification. The notification released by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education reads “In the view of the distribution of Madhyamik Pariksha Results on 22^nd and 24^th July, instead of 23^rd July 2020 due to lockdown.” In the notification, the teaching and non-teaching staff members of the schools are also instructed to attend the schools on the above days to facilitate the admission process for Class 11 for the upcoming session. According to the notice, the WBBSE Board directed at-least 50% of staff members to be present on the above-mentioned days in schools to facilitate the admission process. However, employees living in containment zones are exempted from duty, says the official notification.

West Bengal Board declared the WB Madhyamik Pariksha Results 2020 on July 15. The WB Madhyamik Result 2020 witnessed the overall pass percentage of 86.34%.  The WB 10^th Results 2020 recorded the highest pass percentage/success ratio achieved in the history of the WBBSE. This year, boys outshone girls in 2020 Madhyamik Result, Boys secured an overall pass percentage of 89.87% as composed to the success ratio of girl students, which is 83.48%.
