Goa University MBA Admissions 2023: Application window closes today
Students can apply for MBA through Goa University’s online GUMS portal. Last date to apply at Goa University for MBA admission is March 28.
Goa University MBA Admissions 2023: The registration window to apply for Goa University MBA admission 2023 for working professionals is all set to close today, i.e. March 28, 2023. Under this MBA programme, working professionals can attend classes on weekdays after work hours without disturbing their weekend time with family. Admission for the MBA (Executive) programme is open to graduates in any discipline, who have a minimum of two years of work experience. Aspirants must note that there are 38 seats available under Goa University MBA programme. Students can apply for MBA through Goa University’s online GUMS portal.
“To provide an opportunity for continued education for people with work experience. Designed as a weekday programme, classes will be scheduled from 6.30pm to 9pm every Monday to Friday, enabling working people to spend quality time with their family during weekends,” the Goa Business School has said.
“All the applicants will be communicated about the selection process in the last week of March 2023. A group discussion and/ personal interview will be conducted to shortlist the applicants,” the School has stated.
Goa University MBA (Executive) programme is divided into nine trimesters over three years. While academic courses are planned in the first seven trimesters, the last two trimesters are designed for an industry project that can be done in the organisation where the participant is currently employed as well. Faculty mentors will be allocated to each student participant to work on them.
The programme will be from 2023 to 2026 with a fee of INR 2.3 lakh to be paid in seven equal installments in the first seven trimesters.
“Each credit hour equals 15 in-class working hours. A rich component of electives (more than 50% of total credits) are included, giving an opportunity for participants to choose a variety of electives that may be offered across general management (including operations management, marketing, finance, human resources, tourism), economics and computer sciences disciplines. However, certain minimum registrations required for an elective to be offered in the programme,” the notification states.
