IIM-A to conduct 7th Young Entrepreneurs Programme online; Apply by Aug 19

Candidates interested in IIM-A Young Entrepreneurs Programme must note that the last date to apply for the program is August 19, 2021.

IIM-A Young Entrepreneurs Programme: Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad brings the 7th batch of the Young Entrepreneurs Programme (YEP). According to the official information released by the management institute, the program is scheduled for the month of September and will be chaired by Professor Chitra Singla. Interested candidates must note that the last date to apply for the program is August 19, 2021.

Elaborating on the ‘Young Entrepreneurs Programme’, the institute said, “Entrepreneurs have the potential to create immense social and economic value for a country.  However, an entrepreneur's journey is not without struggles – at both personal and professional levels.” Talking further about the objective behind the launch of this program, IIM Ahmedabad added, “The Young Entrepreneurs Programme (YEP) aims to prepare young entrepreneurs to address and overcome these struggles.”

“This program is intended for young entrepreneurs who want to improve their personal leadership qualities and the organizational and financial performance of their firms as they launch and grow high-impact businesses. Entrepreneurs who would like to go through executive education programmes on general management and specialized programmes on entrepreneurship and leadership would benefit greatly from this offering. Second or third-generation members of a family business or promoter-led firm will benefit from this programme as well,” the institutes said.

The B-school launched its first Young Entrepreneurs Programme in 2015. This year, the module I of the programme will be conducted from September 2 to September 28, 2021. Whereas, the module II of the programme will be conducted from November 9 to December 5, 2021. Considering the ongoing pandemic situation, the Programme will be conducted virtually. Candidates interested to apply must note that the IIM-A Young Entrepreneurs Programme fee is Rs 2,20,000.
