IIM Indore PGP-HRM Final Placements 2022: Average CTC stood at 20.4 Lakh INR

According to the official press release, more than 20 recruiters participated in IIM Indore Final Placements and offered prestigious roles to the 35 students of PGP-HRM.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore successfully concluded the final placements process for its 2020-2022 batch of Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM). Amid the ongoing pandemic situation, IIM Indore conducted the placements via virtual mode.

According to the official press release, more than 20 recruiters participated in IIM Indore Final Placements and offered prestigious roles to the 35 students of PGP-HRM. The IIM Indore graduates received roles across various domains in human resources. Companies such as Hero Fincorp, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Tata AMC offered roles in the BFSI domain and recruited students in large numbers.

 IT/ITES sector took the second spot during the recruitment process with the participation of companies such as Bristlecone, Capgemini, IBM, and Search. Prominent recruiters in the Manufacturing domain included Lohia Corp and Haber. Conglomerates such as Galadari Brothers, Dubai and DCM Shriram also took part in the IIM Indore placement drive. GAIL, Allcargo Logistics, Crompton Graves, Jasper Colin Research, and People Business were among the other prominent recruiters.

The Final Placement of the PGPHRM Batch of 2022 also registered a record average CTC of 20.4 INR LPA which is a 12.1% jump over the last year’s record. The highest package offered on the campus stood at 36.4 INR LPA. The average package for the top 10 percentile of the batch stood at 25.25INR LPA and for the top 25 percentile it was 23.25 INR LPA.
