IMS Ghaziabad has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Global Collaboration with ‘Humanistic Management Center, Geneva, Switzerland and Humanistic Management Network, Geneva, Switzerland’. The MoU was signed between Dr Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad and Dr Ernst Von Kimakowitz, Co-Founder & Director, Humanistic Management Network, Geneva, Switzerland in presence of Dr Shiv K Tripathi, India Chapter Lead, Humanistic Management Network, Switzerland.

20 Hours Swiss Certified Course on ‘Ethical Decision Making and Responsible Business Conduct’

Under this global collaboration, IMS Ghaziabad will offer a 20 Hours Swiss Certified Course on ‘Ethical Decision Making and Responsible Business Conduct’ to PGDM Batch 2021-23 & Batch 2022-24. The course will be conducted and certified by ‘Humanistic Management Center, Geneva, Switzerland and Humanistic Management Network, Geneva, Switzerland’.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Urvashi Makkar congratulated the budding professionals for benefiting from the certification by an elite organization having a presence in more than sixty countries. She further shared that IMS Ghaziabad is the first Institute in North India to start the pertinent course. Highlighting the relevance of the course which would be incorporating the vision of National Education policy 2022. “Such courses give us the right direction, sense of inclusiveness and enriched perspectives for life,” she said.

Sharing their insights on the need to incorporate values & ethics in organizational decision making, the experts from Switzerland opined that “We cannot expect ethical behaviour in corporate if we are not teaching upcoming leaders and empower youth with value-based ethical decision making.” Compered by Aditi Prajapati & Yug Pratap, the vital session was instrumental in paving the path for forthcoming fruitful associations and learnings, the official statement said.
