ISB Executive Education introduces certificate programmes on product management
The ‘Certificate in Products Management’ programme has 11 modules with a period of 12 weeks. This programme is designed for individuals, managers, business heads and entrepreneurs to promote product-focused strategies, and enable informed decision-making and holistic organisational planning.
Indian School of Business Executive Education (ISB) has introduced the ‘Certificate in Products Management’ programme as well as an extensive ‘Professional Certificate in Product Management’ programme. The programme is slated to commence from December 28, 2023. The programmes are designed for product managers who want to design cutting-edge products based on customer needs and want to learn disruptive positioning for their products.
The ‘Certificate in Products Management’ programme has 11 modules with a period of 12 weeks. This programme is designed for individuals, managers, business heads and entrepreneurs to promote product-focused strategies, and enable informed decision-making and holistic organisational planning.
The ‘Professional Certificate in Product Management’ programme is a 24-week programme having 23 modules, designed for product managers and leaders who are seeking a better understanding of how successful and effective products are created, launched, tracked, and optimised through core areas of product management. Both programmes have different fee structures with INR 1,40,000 for the first programme and INR 2,40,000 for the second programme.
The key learnings of this programme include:
- Creating a product mindset to bring viable products or services to market.
- Defining the problem that a product will answer while mapping the customer's journey and expressing user personas
- Evaluating plans and structures for creating, promoting, and selling products
- Evaluating product road mapping and prototyping decisions using various product management approaches and practices
- Outlining a strategy for developing a competitive, scalable product by utilising essential product development methodologies and frameworks.
These curricula are taught by ISB professors and feature hands-on projects, application-based case studies, simulations, masterclasses with prominent product managers, and cutting-edge tools for product management.
They will also assist participants in gaining a thorough understanding of, among other things, competitive analysis, road mapping, prototyping, A/B and A/A testing, MVP and growth hacking, brand positioning, and managing product performance and analytics. Participants should complete the programme with a minimum 70% score to earn a certificate from ISB Executive Education.
