The last date to submit the online examination forms is until December 20 (5 pm). A late fee of 2,000 INR will be applicable for candidates submitting exam forms post the deadline i.e. December 21 (5 pm).
CBSE Term-2 Board Exams: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting CBSE term-2 board examination for Class 12 private candidates in March-April 2022. Candidates must note that the Board will commence accepting the examination form from December 2 on the official website, i.e. cbse.nic.in. Students must note that CBSE will conduct the exams for private category candidates based on the CBSE term 2 syllabus only.

No application will be accepted with the examination fee. Candidates submitting applications will be required to pay an examination fee of 1,500 INR for 5 subjects and 300 INR per subject for one extra subject. Students appearing for additional/compartment/improvement will have to pay 300 INR per subject as an exam fee. A practical fee of 150 INR for each practical subject will be payable.
According to the official notice shared by CBSE, candidates falling in the following category can appear for the CBSE Term-2 examination:
- Candidates placed in 'Compartment' in August/September 2021
- Candidates declared 'essential repeat' in 2021
- Candidates declared 'Fail' in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020
- Candidates who passed Class 12 board exam in 2020 and 2021 and want to improve their performance in one or more subjects.
- Candidates who passed in 2020 and 2021 and wish to appear in an additional subject
- Women candidates and physically handicapped candidates who are bonafide residents of Delhi and have qualified Class 10 or equivalent exam in 2020 or earlier
- Students of Patrachar Vidyalaya of Delhi
