CLAT 2022 test-takers from North-East states of India have been issued advisory to appear for the exam safely. Read on to know more. 

CLAT 2022 notification dt. June 17, 2022

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2022 is scheduled to be held on June 19 from 2 pm to 4 pm. Candidates taking the exam from test centres in Guwahati, Shillong, Imphal, and Gangtok have been issued advisory for the exam day. The exam authority has recommended the test-takers to be prepared to avoid the unexpected delays like landslides, rain, and road blockades, which is a common issue in these locations. 

The notification released on June 17 stated, “The Candidates appearing for CLAT-2022 allotted test centres of North East India are requested to note the following. 

  1. This advisory is being issued for the candidates appearing for CLAT 2022 in the cities of Guwahati, Shillong, Imphal, and Gangtok.
  2. You are strongly advised to reach a day before (i.e. 18th June 2022) at the city where your respective test centre is located in order to avoid last minute issues of rains, soil slides, and other blockades. 
  3. The District Administration and the Office of the Chief Secretary have already been informed to do the needful to mitigate any hardships that may be caused to CLAT Candidates for this exam.

CLAT 2022 Advisory for North-East Candidates

 

Candidates should report to the exam centre with a CLAT 2022 admit card, supporting documents like Valid photo ID proof, PWD certificate and Scribe Approval letter as instructed by the exam authority.
