AKTU is providing a second opportunity to final year students who could not appear for semester exams due to the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak. The exams will begin from January 7 onward.
AKTU Semester Exams 2020 Schedule: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University is all set to conduct semester exams for the final year students in the month of January 2021. According to the official notification released by AKTU, final year students of colleges affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University who could not appear in semester examination for the academic session 2019-20 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation followed by the nationwide lockdown imposed to contain the virus are now being provided with an opportunity to appear in the exams from January 7, 2021.

AKTU is providing a second opportunity to final year students who could not appear for semester exams due to the ongoing novel coronavirus outbreak. The exams will begin from January 7 onward. In addition to this, the sub-semester examination for the first, second and third-year students, which were discontinued following the pandemic will also be re-organised from January 7, 2021.
In order to contain the infection, AKTU has instructed staff to arrange tentative examination centres for the smooth conduct of examinations. Considering the high risk of infection involved during the conduct of the examinations, AKTU decided to organize the examinations following all the COVID-19 safety protocols and SOPs issued by the Government of India. The authorities have directed to inform students and teachers and make arrangements accordingly. Following the norms laid down by the health ministry, wearing masks and carrying hand sanitizers is mandatory during exams.
