Assam University has released the Assam University Admission 2020 application forms for admissions to Undergraduate, Integrated and Postgraduate courses. Students seeking admission can fill in the application form by visiting the official website of the varsity, i.e. aus.ac.in. The last date to fill the Assam University Admission form 2020 is August 27 before 5 pm. This year, owing to the coronavirus outbreak in the country, and to maintain the social distancing norms, the varsity has released the application only in online mode.

In order, to provide the accessibility of internet services, a help desk for filling up the Assam University application form has been set up at the computer centre of Assam University. The application fee of Assam University admission form 2020 for General Category is Rs 600, whereas candidates belonging to OBC Non-Creamy and EWS categories have to pay Rs 500. For reserved categories such as Scheduled Caste, Schedules Tribe and PwD, the application fee is Rs 400. Students can pay the registration fee either through net banking, credit card, debit card or e-challan.

Assam University offers admissions to UG, PG, Integrated and PG Diploma courses to its campuses located in Silchar and Diphu. Students who are seeking admission at the varsity must note that the University conducts an entrance test followed by an interview as part of its admission process.However, no dates for Assam University Entrance Test 2020 has been announced yet. The first and second list of selected candidates for Assam University admissions will be released on September 3 and September 10 for UG and Integrated courses. For PG admission list dates, an announcement is yet to be made.
