According to the reports, the decision has been taken in wake of increasing COVID-19 infections in Kerala. CUSAT CAT dates 2021 were scheduled between June 12 and 14.
CUSAT CAT 2021 Postponed! Cochin University of Science and Technology postponed all the examinations including its common admission test (CUSAT CAT). Following the steps of other universities across the country, Cochin University decided to defer these exams considering the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation. All the entrance exams to be held from April 19 will now be held at a deferred date. According to the reports, the decision has been taken in wake of increasing COVID-19 infections in Kerala. CUSAT CAT dates 2021 were scheduled between June 12 and 14. Announcing its decision, the University said that, “All university examinations scheduled to be held from April 19 stands postponed. The revised dates will be announced later”.
Candidates who were supposed to appear for CUSAT CAT 2021 must note that the new dates for the examinations have not been announced yet. The students and entrance exam candidates must follow the official website www.cusat.ac.in to get updates about new exam dates. On April 15, Cochin University closed its registration window for its common admission test. CUSAT CAT 2021 will be conducted for admissions to MBA, MTech, MPhil, PhD and diploma courses. The new dates of CUSAT will be announced soon.

Meanwhile, following the intervention of Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, all exams being scheduled by the universities from Monday have been postponed in the wake of the COVID-19 surge in the state. APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala University, Calicut University, MGU Kerala - Mahatma Gandhi University,Kochi, CUSAT - Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala University of Health Sciences, Malayalam University and Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University are on the list of the varsities that postponed the exams until further notice.
