Osmania University (OU) has announced that it has postponed all its examinations that were scheduled to be held on Friday; i.e. September 9, 2022, in view of Ganesh's immersion procession. Meanwhile, Osmania University has extended the last date for online registration and submission of the application form for the PhD entrance test 2022 without a fine. Candidates can now fill the PhD application form until October 1, 2022. The last fee will be applicable for candidates applying for PhD programme after the deadline. The candidates can apply up to October 10 with a fine of INR 1,000.
Applications are invited for Ph.D. Entrance Test – 2022 under Category II in various subjects of different faculties of Osmania University. The candidates who have passed the Master’s degree in the concerned subject with a minimum of 55 per cent marks (50 per cent in the case of SC/ST/BC/PWD candidates) or equivalent are eligible to apply.
For online application, list of subjects, syllabi, registration fee, and other Rules & Regulations, candidates are advised to go to the official website of the varsity. Osmania University began the registration for the online application started on August 18, 2022.
The varsity had earlier released the admit card for the semester exams to be held from September 2, 2022. Osmania University started the second and fourth-semester regular examinations of all postgraduate courses on September 2.
