CTET Exam Analysis 2021 of Paper 1: Know Student Reaction & Difficulty Level

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting the CTET 2021 exam in more than 215 exam centre cities across the country. The exam is being held online from December 16, 2021, to January 13, 2022, in multiple shifts. As per the feedback shared by candidates, the overall difficulty level of the CTET Paper 1 was easy to moderate. The Child Development and Pedagogy section was easy to attempt.
The CTET question paper 2021 of Paper 1 comprised a total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, Mathematics and Environmental Studies. Candidates were required to attempt the paper in a total duration of two hours thirty minutes.

CTET Paper 1 Exam Analysis 2021 & Student Reaction
Shiksha visited one of the CTET exam centres in Noida to gather the feedback of candidates appearing for the exam. Check below the feedback and student reaction:
Prijal stated, “The exam was factual. If someone has not prepared well and has not done the deep studies they will find the paper difficult. Child Development and Pedagogy section was the easiest of them all and comprised child-eccentric questions. The toughest section was the Hindi language. The overall difficulty level was moderate to difficult.”
Kiran stated, “The overall exam was easy in terms of difficulty level. Mathematics section was easy to attempt and Child Development and Pedagogy section comprised conceptual questions.”
Archana stated, “The exam was easy and was able to attempt almost all the questions. The mathematics section was a bit tough. There was no problem while attempting the paper online.”
Rishu stated, “The overall difficulty level of Paper 1 was moderate. Sanskrit language and Child Development sections were a bit hard. Hindi language and Mathematics sections were easy and EVS section was medium in terms of the difficulty level.”
Priyanka stated, “The exam was moderate. However, attempting the paper in online mode consumed more time than offline. If paper would have been offline, more questions could be answered.”
Hemlata stated, “The exam was easy. Mathematics, EVS and Child Development & Pedagogy sections were easy in comparison to the Sanskrit language. It was easy to attempt questions online as it saved time.”
