The CUET UG 2022 Phase 6 exam has commenced on August 24. The four-day window test will conclude on August 30. Around three lakh candidates are expected to appear for this phase.

The CUET UG 2022 Phase 5 exam dated August 23 is clashing with the CBSE compartment exam scheduled on the same date. Reporting the same, candidates have requested NTA to postpone or reschedule their CUET UG 2022 exam. Taking note of the same, NTA has created an exclusive grievance redressal email id to address this specific issue. The grievances of candidates regarding re-scheduling of their tests in view of CBSE Compartment exam should be sent to cuetug-dateclash@nta.ac.in.

After releasing the CUET UG 2022 Phase 6 admit cards, candidates have complained about mismatch in exam centres or dates. While some students have been allotted different slots for same day test, others have been allotted centres other than their preferential list. On the other hand, some candidates also received admit card mentioning older exam dates. Sample some tweets below.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 6 admit card has been released by NTA on August 21, three days prior to the exam commencing on August 24. Candidates will have to log in to the NTA CUET website with their registration credentials to download the admit card or hall ticket for CUET UG 2022 exams scheduled for August 24, August 25 and August 26. The CUET UG 2022 admit card for the last date of the exam, August 30, will be released later on.

CUET UG 2022 fifth phase exam commenced on August 21. The three-day window phase is being conducted on August 21, August 22 and August 23. As many as 2.01 lakh candidates are appearing for the CUET UG 2022 Phase 5.

As per the schedule released by NTA, the CUET UG 2022 admit card for Phase 6 is expected to be released today. The last and final phase of the exam is scheduled to be conducted from August 24 to August 30.

NTA has notified that the first day of the CUET UG 2022 Phase 4 saw cancellation at 13 centres across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar due to technical glitches. As many as 8,693 candidates were affected by this. These candidates will be accommodated on CUET UG 2022 exam dated August 25.

As many as 3.72 lakh candidates are scheduled to take the CUET UG 2022 fourth phase exam scheduled between August 17 to August 20. Incidentally, this is the highest number of candidates in a phase as compared to the other phases.

A number of candidates have complained about the last moment change in the CUET UG 2022 exam centres dated August 17. This hampered their exam day commute and timing planning and few candidates who did not check their email had to miss their exam due to this. Sample the mail by NTA below.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 4 exam has commenced on August 17. This phase will be conducted for three days, dated August 17, August 18 and August 20. 

NTA will release the CUET UG 2022 admit card for Phase 5 commencing on August 21 today, August 17. Registered candidates whose exam dates were postponed to the fifth phase, scheduled between August 21 and August 23 will have to log in to the official CUET UG 2022 website with their registration credentials and security pin to download the admit card or hall ticket for the upcoming phase. 

NTA has released the CUET UG 2022 Phase 4 admit card on August 13. The fourth phase of the exam will be conducted between August 17 and August 20. As many as 3.72 lakh candidates are scheduled to take the test in this phase.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exam for August 8 has been cancelled at the Itanagar centre of Arunachal Pradesh. Owing to flash floods and land slide in the city, the National Testing Authority has decided to give the candidates from this city another chance. To support them, NTA will soon announce retest dates for the affected candidates. Fresh admit card will be issued for these candidates and the retest dates will be announced on the official website of CUET 2022.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exams dated August 4 to August 6 were cancelled and postponed to August 12 to August 14. After multiple requests from candidates to postpone these dates due to festivals, NTA has further postponed these exam dates from August 24 to August 28. Explaining the situation, NTA stated, "Many candidates have approached NTA requesting not to schedule their examination between 12 to 14 August as a series of festivals are falling during this period. Also, many candidates had requested for date/city change of CUET (UG) – 2022 examination after 10 August 2022 onwards as the cities allotted to them in Phase II (04 to 06 August 2022) were not suitable to them. Considering the above requests, it has been decided that in place of 12 to 14 August 2022, the CUET (UG) – 2022 examination for all these candidates will now be conducted between 24 to 28 August 2022, and fresh Admit Card will be issued well before the date of Examination.”

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 dated August 6 saw cancellation/postponing of the exam at as many as 53 centres across 18 cities due to technical malfunction. Unlike the first two days, candidates were informed well in advance through SMS and email. NTA has stated, “Due to administrative/logistics/technical reasons, the CUET (UG) – 2022 examination scheduled for 06 August 2022 at 53 centres has been postponed to be held between 12 August to 14 August for the affected candidates.”

As per reports, the technical issues continued in the second day of CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exam. The Slot 2 exam was cancelled at some of the centres in Noida. Candidates also complained of severe mismanagement at the centres such as not allowing candidates to carry water bottles, which was one of the permissible items. The centre officials also did not inform candidates of the second slot about the cancellation of the exam in advance.

NTA has announced that the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 Day 2 is being conducted smoothly. The exam authorities announced, "Exams are going smoothly in more than 95% of the centres across the country. Information regarding Cancellation/ postponement of exam at any of the centre will be informed by NTA by 11 am today." So far, there has not been any announcement regarding the postponement of Day 2 of CUET UG 2022 Phase 2.  

NTA has announced that today’s exam will be postponed to August 12 for those candidates who were allotted seats at the centres which were massively affected with technical glitches. As many as 17 states and 29 cities have been mentioned in the list given in the table below. The same admit card will be valid. In case the candidates are appearing for other exams between August 12 and August 14, they will have to write to datechange@nta.ac.in mentioning their desired date and roll number.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 Slot 1 of the first day has concluded at 12.15 pm. Several candidates complained of server errors or technical glitches which caused a delay in the total duration. As per the student reactions, the exam's difficulty level was of easy to moderate level. The questions were on the expected lines from the syllabus that was announced by NTA. 

NTA has notified that the CUET UG 2022 exams dated August 4, August 5 and August 6 have been postponed at the Kerala centres due to heavy rains and flood situations. Candidates will be notified to of the fresh dates on the official website of the exam. "Due to heavy rain in many districts of Kerala in past few days, it has been brought to the notice of NTA that it may not be possible for a large number of candidates to reach the Examination Centre for CUET (UG) – 2022 within stipulated time as the movement will be very difficult and there may be disruption of power."

After downloading the CUET UG 2022 admit card, candidates need to do the following:

• Check the details mentioned on the admit card
• Note the exam centre name and address
• Take at least two printouts of the admit card
• Paste photograph and thumb impression on the space provided
• Do not sign in the absence of an invigilator
• Fill up the self declaration form

Some of the candidates who were earlier scheduled to take CUET 2022 on August 4, August 5 or August 6 have been now shifted to August 12, August 13 and August 14 to avoid clash with various entrance exams such as MHTCET. BITSAT, NATA, etc. The exam date and venue have been notified on their CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card, to be released later.

NTA has announced that the candidates whose exams are scheduled after August 6, will be able to download their CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card approximately two days prior to their exam date.

The CUET UG 2022 admit card for only those candidates whose exam is scheduled on August 4, August 5 and August 6 have been released on August 2. 

CUET 2022 Phase 2 admit card has been released today; i.e. August 2, 2022 on the official website of the exam. Candidates can download the admit card or the hall ticket by logging in with their application number and password. Know the details here.

The NTA will be releasing the CUET UG Phase 2 admit card today at 10 am. NTA will release the admit card only for the CUET UG 2022 exam scheduled to be held on August 4 to 6, 2022. For rest of the days, the admit card will be released later.

It is expected that the CUET UG 2022 admit card will be released today, August 1. Although the official date to release the hall ticket was July 31, it got postponed. There has been no information regarding the delay on the official website as well. In the first phase, the admit cards were released two days prior to the test. Hence candidates are advised not to be worried and focus on their last minute preparation. 

As per a media report by a leading national daily, NTA may release the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card tomorrow, August 1. However, there has not been any official notification regarding this on NTA or the CUET Samarth websites. Given the delay and the trend of the previous phase, the possibility of the hall ticket releasing tomorrow cannot be undermined. 

With few more hours to go for July 31 to end, students are getting increasingly anxious as there is still no sign of the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card. The marking scheme for the CUET 2022 is as follows:

+4 for each correct answer

-1 for each incorrect answer

0 for unattempted or extra attempted questions

CUET 2022 is conducted in a computer-based mode. There will be three sections, out of which the first two sections are compulsory to attempt. The third section would depend on the subjects applied for. The questions are multiple-choice objective type (MCQs). The table below brings the broad structure of CUET (CUCET) in terms of the number of questions in each section along with the duration.

The CUET UG 2022 syllabus is of the NCERT level. The chapters and topics of CUET UG 2022 is the same as that of the Class 12 Board exam syllabus. Unlike the other national-level competitive exams like NEET or JEE Main, the CUET syllabus would not include the Class 11 syllabus. 

The CUET 2022 exam duration and timings vary for each slot. The total duration of Slot 1 is 195 minutes of 3 hours and 15 minutes and that of Slot 2 is 225 minutes or 3 hours and 45 minutes. The timings of the exam are given in the table below:

Given the delay in the release of the admit card, several candidates have started feeling anxious and doubtful that the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card release may get deferred. Going by the previous trend, the possibility cannot be ruled out altogether. The Phase 1 admit card was scheduled to be released on July 12, but it was postponed by a day and was finally released on July 13.

Based on the trend for last phase, it is expected that the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card will be released after 6 pm today. Candidates must stay tuned to this page to be notified about the hall ticket release.

Owing to the scheduling of NEET and JEE Main exams during the CUET Phase 1 dates, NTA has scheduled the tests for the Science subjects such as Chemistry, Physics and Biology in the second phase , scheduled between August 4 and August 20.  

As per NTA, CUET 2022 applicants have applied for 54,555 unique combination of subjects across 90 Universities. The tests have been scheduled across the 10-day and two-slots window.

Approximately 90 universities across India will accept CUET UG 2022 scores. This includes 43 Central Universities, 13 State Universities, 12 Deemed Universities and 18 private universities. Some of the prominent universities include Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jamia Milia Islamia, Aligarh Muslim University, Visva Bharati University, Central University of Tamil Nadu, University of Hyderabad, Central University of Kerala, Central University of Punjab, among others.

The CUET UG 2022 exam is conducted in 13 languages. Candidates had to choose the medium of the exam while filling the application form. The languages are as follows:

The CUET UG 2022 is being held in a total of 514 cities across India and abroad. This includes 500 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. Candidates had to select four cities in the order of preference. NTA allotted exam centres as per candidate preference and availability of slots.

Candidates need to keep the following information handy while downloading the CUET 2022 Phase 2 Admit Card:

Originally, the exam was scheduled to conclude on August 10, but the last date of the exam was postponed by 10 days.

As per reports, as many as 6,80,000 candidates are slated to appear for the CUET 2022 Phase 2 exam. The first phase of the exam was taken by around 8,40,000 candidates. A total of 14,90,000 candidates have registered for the CUET UG Phase 2 exam.

There can be multiple reasons why CUET 2022 admit card download process may get hampered. It can either be server error, or wrong password or security pin.
